Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is defined in the signed proposal or service agreement. Because marketplace management includes time-based professional work, fees for completed work, committed resources and third-party costs may be non-refundable.

Data Security

Access to client marketplace accounts should follow least-privilege principles. Use secondary-user or partner permissions where a platform provides them, enable multi-factor authentication, limit internal access and remove access when work ends.
No system can promise absolute security. The operating policy should include incident response, access reviews, vendor assessment, secure deletion and breach-notification obligations.
